The location was fantastic, only a short walk away from all the places we wanted to visit. the rooms were modern, spotless, and each had a private bathroom. - We stayed for one night and definitely plan on coming back.

It's close to downtown and quiet; exactly what I needed when I came back for the night. Free wi-fi is also a plus.

The continental breakfast is a small selection, so don't expect gourmet. Its just enough if you need a quick bite to eat before you leave though.

I was a little worried when I pulled into the parking lot, the hotel isn't in the best part of town. However, I was pleasantly suprised when I went inside. The staff was very professional and helpful, the room was very clean, and the outside door was locked at night for safety ( a staff member was always available to let guests in after dark). I picked this hotel because it was a good value and was very close to a business conference I was attending.

The room had a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a private safe, as well as a variety of breakfast options.

I had a great stay at 316 Hotel in Wichita. the staff was friendly and willing to assist with anything I needed. the hotel is new, and the rooms are very comfortable, equipped with a microwave, AC, and a great TV. the location is fantastic and away from the main hustle and bustle.

Everything was exceptional, even so a few employees were bad. The room was updated and clean and available with microwave, the AC, a great TV. The meals in the lobby were great.
